*Remember, before a user can submit information for use on your site he must first sign up for an account by using a form on your web site. Verification is made by sending an email containing a verification code to the email address the user provided during sign-up. The user then activates the account through the web browser with that code. To ensure that the quality and nature of information to be published on the site is up to your standards, all information is submitted in an "pending" state and is unavailable to the public. An authorized "editor" reviews, edits and activates the submissions. They can view any or all items by status, e.g. "pending", "activated" or "deactivated", oldest or newest first or by module and modify date. A list shows when modified, item status, module type, description, contact and company.

Managers can directly send email to anyone who posts an item and can view details of the person or the item, edit it or change the status. When the status is changed from "pending" to "active" a What's New entry is automatically created for the item. Changing from active to any other status will delete corresponding What's New. Emails are automatically sent to the poster of an item and the web master indicating the results of the change.
