Jobs allows owners to post employment opportunities quickly and easily on their site. Visitors to the site can quickly see the most recent list of available positions by title, start date, department, and location. If interested in a particular position, the user can view a full job description, compensation information (if specified), and follow-up information. The user may then fill out a resume form/job application and send in for particular position(s). An email is automatically sent to the appropriate contact. For example, if Bob is specified as sales manager, he may receive sales resumes. If Mary is specified for technical services, she will receive those resumes. Managers can add or edit job listings and review resumes. Jobs is fully searchable by manager and user.

This is an easy and inexpensive way to advertise job openings and build a database of qualified applicants for future reference.
