Conferencing System
Conferencing System maintains an ongoing dialogue of global subject areas. Within a subject area there are specific topics from which the user may choose. Public or private conferences may be set up based on the user's security level. All messages are kept track of through a threaded message and reply system and the user is alerted of messages that have been added since the last visit to the area. This tracking helps the web owner see frequently asked questions about products and services or the website's content allowing the creation of a FAQ. It is all searchable, so information can be found on topics of interest across the conferencing system.
