Site Management is easy when the foundation of the site is database technology. Most of the maintenance of the site is automatic. When a user 's item is activated to the site, a "What's New" item is automatically created, an "In the News" item is automatically created and the entire database of users may automatically be sent an email about the change. And all the manager had to do was change the status of the item from "pending" to "active". Managers may change security levels and directly add, see or edit data, perform searches across the site and across all databases. A manager's function is to deactivate an error report once the repair has been made.
