Need: As the largest not for profit organization in the United States, CAI needed an easy to use , yet high capacity, custom business system to manage and deliver their products and services. InfoMatters has worked in various capacities with CAI for over six years.

Solution: InfoMatters created Employee Opinion Surveys which are conducted anonymously by CAI with both multiple choice and free form questions. Multiple choice responses are scanned in, tallied, and statistically analyzed. Text responses are entered by keypunch operators into our system. Responses are then processed to randomize responses by departments, do a set of error checking and automatically generate desktop published management reports.

We also developed Wage Compensation Surveys as a real-time employee interview expert system which allows a CAI professional to quickly categorize and rank the various aspects of standardized job descriptions translated into wages and compensation packages by ranking a particular positions knowledge, experience, and skill requirements and other factors.
