| Syllabus: | TANGO 101 is a base course for the non-programmer who can gain a comprehensive understanding of how to connect a database to the Web. It uses the Tango Builder as its core Tango tool, and demonstrates the ease and power of Tango with the Web. This course builds the fundamental understanding of the Internet client-server-server model, the fundamentals of relational database design, and the basics of the HTML needed to access databases over the Web and through Tango. This course provides hands-on examples that illustrate how the Tango Builder can do much of the work in putting any database online (including Access, Filemaker Pro, Bulter, SQL, Oracle, Sybase, Informix, FoxPro, etc) in five minutes or less. |
