InfoMatters is very fortunate to have a pool of professionals whose talents run both deep and wide. Our "black book" of talent has been acquired over two decades in the industry and allows us to easily put together a team that is best suited to your individual needs. The demand for certain rare combinations of skills fluctuates. As a result we use "virtual employees" on an as-needed basis.
Although we continually add and subtract people from project teams as needed, our core team of sixteen professionals perform the lions share of the work. The one trait that all of our experts have in common is their experience in the business world.
We approach each project from a Project Management standpoint. We assign a manager with experience in a given area and that manager assesses the skills required to custom build a team that is best suited for your particular project.
For instance, if you are looking for an Intranet where the clients' image department will supply images and where we count on a browser being used, we may bring in a Java script, framecentric designer along with an Oracle or Unix expert. On the other hand, we can accommodate a turnkey Internet solution combining the sizzle of a high impact graphics look and feel while adhering to a tight budget.
